Handling Time

1 to 3 business days for order preparation and shipment (Monday to Friday). Please note that processing does not occur on weekends or public holidays.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT Greenwich Mean Time - London) or on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on the following Monday.

Delivery Time

Once your order is shipped, the delivery time is 5 to 12 business days. Deliveries occur from Monday to Friday.

Orders will be shipped directly to the address provided at the time of purchase.

You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Delivery may be delayed due to unexpected factors like transportation issues, customs delays, or incorrect address information. In case of any issues, our team is ready to assist and provide updates.

Shipping Fees and Zones

  • Shipping Fees: We offer free shipping for all orders within the United Kingdom. No additional fees will be applied for deliveries within the United Kingdom.
  • Shipping Zones: We currently only ship within the United Kingdom.

Modify or Cancel an Order

You can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at lumirya.st@gmail.com. Once your order has been shipped, no changes can be made.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

For every order, you will receive:

  • An email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.

You can check your order status anytime using the tracking number provided.
